Is there a way to set up recurring transactions?

Is there a way to set up recurring transactions? Every week/month I have the same bills that are automatically deducted from my bank account yet I am manually entering them. Surely there is a faster way?

Using a transaction that you want to repeat ... have it open and then go to Edit ... memorise transaction ... that will open a dialogue box and you choose how often you want it to repeat ... it well then automatically enter as required ...0

that doesn't work if it is paying off a bill in regular direct debit payments
