I have just installed Reckon Personal Plus into Windows 10 and I am finding that it doesn't work pro

I have just installed Reckon Personal Plus using Windows 10 and it isn't working properly. When I am trying to make entries it jumps back to the date and I have to try over an over again to make the entry.
