Was it determined that Tradify can sync with Reckon Accounts Hosted because Tradify syncs with Quickbooks? My apologies for the ignorant question, but we are considering Tradify. I am told by Tradify it is as simple as uploading an excel file in RAH.

It was not. And it wont. Did you ring Tradify? If you're happy uploading an iif file, have at it. I think its a tad complicated. It might be nice to have a direct connection

I don't know that I have uploade an iif file before. Tradify makes it sound quite simple with an excel upload. But if it doesn't work, then it doesn't work.

Have got confirmation from Tradify that it does not integrate with RAH.

So if you have tried csv file it does not work ?

Cosmic can create automated tool that will export your time sheet to RAH

We have already done similar tools for Desktop with 400 employees.

I don't mean any disrespect, but tTradify has not told me they don't integrate. The sales person here in NZ is saying that by I can export the data with Excel from Tradify then load to RAH. The onus was put on me to find out if it could be done, hence the reason I sought support from the community users to see if anyone was using it.

I dont mean any disrespect but it might be easier to go back to the individual who told you it can be done and ask how. If you have to pay that person it will probably be worth it. You know what we say about free advice

Hi Sheryl,

From what I can see, it doesn't look like Tradify has the capability to integrate with Reckon Hosted nor provides a public API so that we can easily build a custom solution.

One feasible option would be you manually export data out of Tradify and have someone like Chandra or myself build a tool for you that can read/parse the file, validate data with your RAH company file (ie, employee mapping, RT/OT calculation, etc..) and import the timesheets.

As I have been doing this for more than 15 years, it would be an easy project for me, just need a green light from you :)
