New Reckon 2016 installation interrupted before starting

After receiving the email telling me that I should update to the new 2016 version, I deleted the old version and can not install the new version. I have tried everything, looked at forums, searched everything and nothing is working. Everything is fine unzipping the file, then I use the installer wizard and it says "installation was interrupted before it began" and tells me to try again later. I need to install this ASAP so that I can do my next BAS and I am absolutely lost!! Help!!

    I fixed this by uninstalling papercut print logger. I'd investigate removing any services that rely on your print spooler as a dependency.
