Hi - I want to add more than one email address to a client's contacts (that is, to be able to email the invoice to the accounts department as well as to the client). Reckon One appears to allow me to only add one email address to a client's contact details, meaning I have to add the additional email address in manually each time I do an invoice. Is it possible for me to add the additional address into the client's contacts please? Thank you

Hi There,
If you look under General settings, Email settings, you can setup the CC
email box. This will give you a second email address to use.

You could also try typing both e-mail addresses into the same field but separating them with a semi-colon eg 'accounts@company.com.au;name@company.com.au', (I have added the colon ' to make it easier to read, you leave them out when you actually type it into Reckon Accounts.
