The word "Overflow" showing on Payment Summaries
Phillip Job
Would anyone know why the word "overflow" shows in the Reportable Employer Superannuation Contribution label on the Payment Summary and how to fix?

My guess would be a negative amount. Do a super by employee report and modify to display "RESC Amount" Graham

Hi Phillip,
Thanks for your post.
What's the amount calculated for that field? My guess is it has reached the field limit hence shows as *overflow*.
Can you please do a Super Report and from Modify Report > tick RESC display item and see what's the value for RESC?
Please let me know the value so I can test it here.
Thanks

Hi Phillip,
Did you get a chance to look into this case?
Please let me know once you have some info so I can test it further.
There was an instance where the Earning section had hours as 0.00 for Hourly item and removing it to make it blank removed the overflow for a specific customer.
But I can't replicate it as I don't have the exact Paycheque details.
Thanks

Good Morning lfti
I was able to obtain a copy of the database late yesterday. I will have a look over the weekend and get back to you and Graham on your suggestions.

Good Morning Graham and lfti
I was able to fix this issue. It turned out to be two pays that was causing the problem. All I did was refresh the payroll item causing the issue by deleting the line then re-entering the same item. The way I identified the pays causing the issue was to run a Super by Employee report and add the RESC Amount column as you suggested lfti. Straight away I could see the pays in question.
Thank you both for your help, much appreciated.
Regards
Phil
