How much leave should accrue for a 38 hour week

I am setting up payroll in Reckon for the first time and want to check that the leave accruals are accurate. If I set leave to accrue hourly, how much annual leave and personal leave should accrue for a 38 hour week? Thankyou

    0.03846 per hour personal and 0.07692 per hour holiday will produce 76 hours and 152 hours respectively at the end of a year.

    This does it pto rata automatically as long as you do it per hour like i suggested. If someone only works half the hours they only açcrue half the leave.

    I have done a practice pay using 0.07692 for a 38 hour week and it accrues as 2.55. (Converts to hours/minutes) Does this seem correct?

    please advise. rates for personal leave and holiday pay . Does it make any difference on Salary need this tonight so I can set up tomorrow
