Setting default email account

I am running multiple email accounts through Outlook Pro 2013. The default email on the workstation is different to the one I wish to send forms from in Reckon Accounts Pro. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to set a default email account within either the Reckon product or Outlook to achieve this outcome?
