Payslip YTD amount not updated!

YTD amount is not carried forward the balance from 1st July 2016 after installing new tax info (1st Oct 2016) into Reckon Quickbooks Accounts Premier. I have tried using different payslip styles but payslips still don't show up the right YTD amount. Could you please advise me what we can do? Many thanks. CASE ID 5075564

    Hi Matthew, I am experiencing the same problem. Last week, Reckon phone support advised me that the YTD figure on the payslip cannot be altered. This is an unsatisfactory answer; hence, I'm searching the community pages... Please let me know if you find a solution. Regards, Cameron

    Can I ask the procedure, did you uninstall and reinstall ?

    Yes, you just have to reinstall.

    I wish it were that simple. Tried that twice already have since resolved the issue. Trf client file to my PC turned off payroll rebuilt file and enabled payroll again, all good however this did work on client PC but restoring a back from my PC did work.???

    You may have to contact Reckon - QuickBooks. I believe not much they can do!
