I'm trying to set up a BPay facility for our clients. Our bank has asked for confirmation that our accounting package (Reckon hosted) can generate CRNs (Customer Reference Numbers). Does anyone know if Reckon Hosted can do this (most of the posts I've read are either a couple of years old, or don't apply to Reckon Hosted).

so is Bpay for to pay the suppliers or your customers paying your client using Bpay, we have the documents to do this.

It's for customers paying their invoices to us.

ok, yes, thats ok so its not paying their suppliers, yes can be done

Ok- so I guess that means it's not a standard feature in Reckon. Can you give me an approximate cost for implementing this?
