multi-currency use

Hi, I just bought the Reckon Account Premier 2016, and I want to know how to record the purchase with foreign currency? Thanks a lot.

    Yes, but the currency option can not be changed.

    I try to build a new supplier account, but the currency option is still not available to change it. Thanks

    Hello Hu Qi,

    Thanks for asking

    You will need to set up an Accounts Payable for each foreign currency you are dealing with.

    You can then set the supplier to that currency.

    When creating a Bill you will need to to select the Accounts Payable for that currency

    image


    If you deal with a supplier in more than one currency then you will need to have that supplier entered for each currency.  Make sure each name is slightly different.
