YTD Amount not correct

Hey I found my payroll figure is not right suddently. When I do the payroll the YTD Amount is wrong howevere its still correct last time(2 weeks ago). Would you pls help advise how can fix this problem?

Hi,
When we were having problems with YTD amounts, we did a data rebuild and that fixed the problem.
Make sure you take a back up first.

First step is to save a back up.
Then go to File>Utilities>ReBuild Data.
Depending on the size of your file this can take between 30 mins and 1 hour.0 -
