I can't get my loyalty program to take off 10% once the points reach 100

It have Reckon POS professional 2013 and I have been trying to set up a loyalty program and I am stuck on how to give the discount automatically, the only way i can do it now is by doing it all manual - (I made a shortcut to take 10% off) but then I have to go into adminitratoir and reset the points manually. Very ignoring. Thank you in advance Nic

    Thanks so much I will have a try at work on Sat. And I'll tell you how it goes! And I have set it all up so the points are counting up

    So we have set it up perfectly (thanks to you) for $1-1 point ratio and every $25 - 1 point (aka. $500 - $20) So I want to change when you get 500 points and we redeem it it takes off 20% (may change when we finalise) but I am not sure if it can be done Thanks Nic
