Invoice # not showing on "Find" screen

Hi, How do I get the sales report for an item on Hosted to record an invoice #. I select "Find", "Item", type in my part #, then "Find". The listed headings are all there including "Number", but no invoices# are recorded in that column. All other data is ok.  image

    Yes. When I receive invoices from my suppliers, I confirm that the individual items have been charged out. Being a small automotive workshop, we don't have staff sitting on the computer all day, and I often only get a chance to do double checks once a week. I use the Find button, then enter the item #, it brings up a list of all the sales of that item, but then I have to select the newest item to open it and get the invoice #. Not a major issue, but if the invoice # was shown in the column marked above, it would speed things up when I'm working with a big list.
