Reckon One will not save my changes in Invoice settings.

Every time I have tried to make a change in the Invoice setting I am continually getting the same message and only way out of that area is then to click on the Continue without saving. This is working out to be a very frustrating month so far with Reckon One. I can not believe the number of times I have had issues and have had to sit on the phone to support. This is the message I get. Error setting invoice setup details Length of LOB data (1519010) to be replicated exceeds configured maximum 65536. The statement has been terminated.

    Hi Joe

This seems to be an issue when adding a logo to Reckon One invoice templates. I assume you have uploaded a logo and then tried to save when you see the error?

We are investigating the issue. In the meantime, you should be able to save settings if you remove the logo. I know this is not ideal, but will help you to continue working until a logo can be added.

    Regards

Hi Jon. Thx for the reply. No the logo was added at the start of the book setup and I have been working adding invoices etc no problem. This issue is when I am now trying to alter my bank details in the How to Pay. Having previously added my Bank details there and now wish to change them, this is when I encounter the problem.image

    Hi again Joe,

Okay. We are investigating the error still.

It may still be being triggered by your logo, as that is what the error message indicates. I would be interested to know if removing the logo (even just temporarily) then allows you to save without error.

Once there is an update on the issue, I will post an update on here for you.

    Regards

    Hi Jon,

I am having an issue with Reckon one currently being able to add my logo? I have ensured that it meets all the requirements and it wont save any of my changes?
