Exporting Files in Reckon One

I been looking everywhere and can not find where I would be able to export any of my files from Reckon One to Excel. Is this a feature and I am not seeing or is it non existent. If not ,why and if planned for the future, when?

Hi Joe, You can export all reports into excel.  Go to menu on left and click on Reports centre. Look through the drop down menu starting with Financial reports to find the report you are after. You can choose how to export and xls option is available on all reports. See screenshot attached.

If you click on the question mark on the top right hand corner of your screen you can also look at and download the Reckon One user guide.

Thank you Angela I did download the guide and went to the video tutorials and could not find what I needed unless I missed it. Needless to say your help is very much appreciated and you have stopped me from tearing out more of the little hair I have left.

Hey there. I haven't got this button in the top right - only the Refresh button.

Is there a way to export general ledgers and other reports to excel?

Hi John, As Angela showed on previous answers, the export function is only available to active book, when your book is not active/expired, this book became view only and you can not export any information from it, I would suggest to renew the book and login again, you will see the export function.
