Gross Wage Adjustment

My husband & I are paid a wage by our business and I record this in the payroll section of Quickbooks 2017. Our accountant wants me to change the gross wages for both of us so that we are both receiving the same gross wage. I have worked out how to change the PAYG tax for both of us but not the gross wage. I have recorded this for 8 months but don't really want to change each individual weekly wage.
