How to reverse payment from cheque to EFT for custom liability payment for employees superannuation?

I am filling in for our business manager and created custom liability payment for employees superannuation. However I printed a cheque for the payment instead of transferring the money electronically to the clearing house. Is there a way to reverse the payment type from cheque to EFT?

    Hayley.  For me, the simplest method is to cancel the cheque and then change the cheque entry to an EFT and make the payment through your bank.  They are essentially the same thing.
