Bills to be paid balance differes from balance in supplier centre why?

Troy You may have some credits which will affect the balance.

Bring up the Unpaid Bills report. There you will see if there are any credits unallocated.

Report found, Reports, Suppliers and Payables, Unpaid bills. Leave the date, OK

Also check if any of the transactions are future dated
