Reckon Superstream to ATO SBSCH

I am using the ATO SBSCH and enter that data manually (only 4 employees).
I have been using Reckon Make Payment with a Payable type of Super Payable.
Are there any advantages / disadvantages with using the Reckon SuperStream function instead?
