Where do I find information on how to use Reckon Financial Statement Designer in Accounts Hosted?

I've notice this option but haven't been able to make sense of how to setup.
I'd like to do a profit & Loss Statement that shows YTD, Prior YTD and Budget YTD.
Can this be done in Designer?
