Error "Find Invoices"

We are currently using Reckon Accounts Premier 2015. The below error keeps coming up when we are trying to find a particular invoice number. Below is what we are getting:
This has only started to occur after we did an upgrade from 2013 to 2015.

Advanced
tab search and looking for
Number,
rather than by
Tax Invoice #?

Hi John,
It does work through the advanced tab. But we would like to do a quick search in the first screen rather then having to set a range to search.

HI Karen. I just did a test in my Accounts Premier 2017 version and it seems to work perfectly. Perhaps this is one of those things broken in say your 2015 version but fixed in a later version. I have no other potential explanation.
