Balance Sheet Suspense Report not generated

Just getting more information for our accountant and he's asked for ledger account printouts of various accounts and the Balance Sheet Suspense which has about $8k in there. But when I click on the account to see what that $8k is made up of it comes up with:

No transactions matching your selection was found. The report could not be generated.

Can anyone shed any light on this?!

    did you check the date range on your suspense account

    Yes...im clicling on the amount it has inputted into my trial balance...it should automatically bring up the corresponding entries that make up that $8k amount

    not always, you are talking reckon one here, it has a mind of it's own.

    can you upload a snap shot with the balance sheet and the suspense open by any chance?

    Also try logging out and in, my clients book does some strange things.

    So i click on the figure underlined which is in our Trial Balance for the year ended 30 June 2017...

    ...and it comes up like this...still in the same financial year!

    Ok, is there something not ticked in the show more options?

    Have you tried running a report on this account alone via transactions by account or viewing the suspense account?

    Yep...tried clicking on the amount via the balance sheet...and through account enquiry

    I think ill just contact Reckon support...the figure is too high to let alone

    Hi Kat

    Was the entry done in the 2017 Financial year?  Can you do a comparative trail balance or balance sheet with last year and see when the figures were posted.

    If it was posted in the 2016 year it wont come up.

    I'm running the report from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017....would it still input the figure into that specific statement if the individual entries were before 1 July 2016??
