KB - Employees are unable to enter timesheets and/or Expense claims on Mobile app.

Do you have employees who wish to record their timesheet and claim expenses from their mobile app, for Reckon One? You may be wondering why they are unable to access timesheets and/or Claim expenses on Mobile app. Please  see this new KB http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=5610 on why this is happening and how to resolve it.

    I have followed these instructions but when my users open the iphone app, click on LOGIN, enter their name and password...
    the app always says that they have invalid usernames and passwords.
    this is strange as it works via the web browser but not via the app.

    Is there a bug with the app? is this supported?
