Copy/paste from printed PDF's

Why can't I copy/paste text from printed PDF's (i.e. invoices) from Reckon anymore?

It is not my Acrobat Reader as I can copy/paste from other PDF's created from other software (i.e. Microsoft Word).

I have the same issue. I cannot using Cntl C / Cntl V to copy info from outside of Reckon and paste into Reckon.
