how do i view previous bank reconciliations in quickBooks premier

Hi, I tried to access old reconciliations in our QuickBooks version (Premier 2017) but it only goes back to 2013. Is it possible to access 2002 reconciliations?
I was asked to get this by the support people for Quickbooks online as we converting to the online version and our bank opening balances don't match after transferring the data.

Somebody has done an archive on your file. You will not be able to get the history without restoring an older backup. The archive function no longer exists in the current version. I like qbo but I wonder why you are changing systems?
