I've been using Reckon for a year and have finally needed to send an adjustment note. After sending the adjustment, I opened the attachment for a look and was greeted with this rubbish:
When I paid seven hundred dollars for Reckon, I updated the stock templates with my logos and assumed they would work. I made absolutely no changes to the body of the templates, just the logos and address.
This is some A-grade amateur-hour stuff right here.... here I am looking like a total idiot in front of this customer. This was a bad debt write-off and I was trying to show the customer that I had registered the debt with credit reporting agencies.... I had one chance and Reckon blew it for me.
