Error when adjusting GST on a bill "The number of decimal places in the line item amount cannot exce

I am adjusting the GST payable on a bill (bill incorporates GST free items) and when I do I am getting this error:
  • The number of decimal places in the line item amount cannot exceed 4
I have done this many times but for some reason this bill entry is having problems. Both cells with tax & amount only have 2 decimal places each.  Can anyone help?

    Hello Georgia,

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having - it does sound unusual.

    Is there anything different about this bill entry from the others that did not produce the problem?  Like the unit price of the item in setup is more than 2 decimal places?  Or tax settings for this bill are different (Gross rather than Net)?

    Are you able to include a screenshot of the bill with the error?

    Hope to get this sorted out quickly.
