We have a few people entering data and it would be awesome if you could add rep names to each transaction so its easy to see who needs training when mistakes are being made without having to run a report every time. Can a rep number be added so when you look at your supplier it shows the Invoice, PO or Payment number and the person who entered it?

Hi There

Whist you can add a Rep to a PO, unfortunately, you can't edit the fields/columns in the Bills or Pay Bills screens.

A better option would be to ensure each person entering data has their own User Name to login to the company file as the User & Entry Time/Date columns can be added in reports.
