They refuse to give any Tax invoice. They said what IĀ seeĀ in emailĀ is what I get .

Well then it appears you are stuck. Perhaps you should stop dealing with them.

The invoice should state that it is "Tax Invoice".Ā Refer them to the ATOĀ web site for requirements:
