Reckon hosted API is not working

The reckon Hosted API is not working from yesterday 30 Jun. I'm getting the following error even for a request with single result.
Request has not been completed yet. Please check back in couple of minutes

    Hi,You’ll have to upgrade to Hosted 2018 before you can use API access. This update to API was done on midday, 30 June. ThanksIfti
