No access to bank through Bank Online in Accounts Hosted 2017

When I select the bank nothing happens, there is no connection to the bank.  This has not occurred previously.

    I'm having the same problem - my 'get around' was to download the ABA files and use the bank website outside of Reckon... it worked but not convenient...
