Hosted - 2018 cant print

Hosted - upgraded to 2018 and unable to print.  Used to use a reckon printer and view as pdf them print choosing our printer.
Now says printing in blue top right corner and goes nowhere.
Print preview - brings up dialogue box with reckon printer not highlighted - cant select anotrher printer. If use the default unhighlighted reckon printer same thing happes - says printing in blue box but goes no where - please help

    Hi Chris.  Have you enabled Popups for your Browser?
