STP collective agreement super details

I am using Reckon Accounts Premier desktop, when I export payroll files and upload to Reckon portal when viewing details the only super details reported are those paid under the super guarantee act, any employees super paid under the "collective agreement" type their super contributions to do not export?

That is a great question. There was a question recently about this exact issue. If you label the super as CA for Collective Agreement it wont appear in RESC. And thanks for asking

I am using Reckon Hosted and having the same problem. How can we overcome this so that the super contributions are exported to the ATO ?
