Reckon Hosted 2018 R2 - Very Slow

Since upgrading to 2018 R2 it is incredibly slow. Everytime I click on something it takes a good 2-3 seconds to repond. Scrolling is painful, reports are taking minutes, refreshing is taking forever. 

Is this a problem with the 2018 R2 upgrade or is there something I can do to make it run faster. I have an NBN internet connection which is very fast so it isn't an internet issue.

    Just in. 
    Reported to me by our users now:
    "[2:33 PM] (Perth Time): ..supposedly when it's in report generation, it'll only take 1minute. But now it takes about 9-11minutes or more...and this is all true in all of our books inside RAHE 2018."
