unable to print the Simplified BAS/IAS report

we are using accounts hosted and have had no previous problems printing but this quarter I go through the normal process and the reports goes to the build report process and then just returns to the Manage Tax screen and no reports printed

    James I ended up ringing the Reckon help desk and they helped as the pop up had reverted back and as we had upgraded to the 2018/19 version we have had to reset up the printing and then the BAS reports. after 50 mins on hold and on the phone all fixed
