Unable to email payslips in Accounts 2018 after laptop upgrade

I have Reckon Accounts 2018.
I have recently updated my laptop and downloaded a new version of Reckon.
I am now not able to email payslips.
I get to the select screen and then select all employee, then click next and go to the 'Select Forms to Send' screen and its blank. Nothing included.

I fixed this. it was a simple matter of changing my windows default email program to outlook.
However when I payslips were sent, I got another error saying
"The program cannot be opened. Make sure it is not currently being used by another program or is read only. The windows error was the 'file exists""

Are you aware that as of 1 July you now need to use Single Touch Payroll to send your Payroll reporting to the ATO via an add-on app called Reckon GovConnect? You need to send a report to the ATO when you make a payroll run.
If you go to the Reckon support section they will have the new Tax Tables and Reckon GovConnect and Single Touch Payroll downloads which need to be installed on your computer. You can't use just Reckon's Report to generate Payslips.
