STP payrun date not there

Have just tried to replace the STP that we submitted as they weren't successful since we hadn't registered our software.  Software now registered so have replaced the payruns that we submitted for the past 4 weeks but the 1st payrun from 4.7.18 is not there nor is the file that was created for the STP.

Any ideas??

    We have the same issue.  A couple of employees no longer working with us, were in the first pay runs, but the pay event is missing from the list in Single Touch Payroll Lodgements.  How do we retrieve older missing pay events?

    No responses received so far! The YTD totals at EOFY will be wrong unless we can lodge those missing first pay event files (in my case containing terminated employees with only one pay in July). I hope we receive some help/tips before 30/6/19 !! Not sure if the Payment Summaries will come through either.
