G3 G10 G11 fields not coming up when doing bas report

When creating my Simplified BAS report, fields G3, G10 & G11 no longer show any information. My previous BAS reports last quarter populated information in these fields but the current quarter nothing comes up.  Is this normal or has something changed? The correct information does populate in 1A & 1 B fields giving me figures for the report.

    Thanks, wasn't sure so rang the support desk (after 40 min on hold) & was told the same thing.  For anyone else with the same problem, you can un-tick the box Simpler BAS in the config page when creating the BAS report & it will give you all those fields back again.

    So, Michael.  Does that mean that your turnover is so large (greater than $10 million) that you do not qualify to report under Simpler BAS?
