Importing issue!!!

Since using Hosted 2018 I have not been able to import from Excel. This is the error.
I run Office 2016.

We use a play system which is Desktop Enterprise - the import works perfectly here.

I've tried on other computers around the office but this error pops up everytime.

    Try saving your Excel as CSV. Reckon will convert to QIF if you keep the file name short.
