Export year to date from H&B 2019

My H&B 2019 file is getting too large to send to my accountant and really all they need is the current year data.

How do I export year-to-date data only and save that as a .QDF that I can send?

Or maybe last FY + this year to date?

They don't need everything back to 2004!

Roger use a site called wetransfer.com. Back up your file and send it that way, the site will take up to 2GB for free. I use it all the time with bigger files

That was my fallback position. But I am still confused as to why Reckon doesn't allow export of data for a set date range.
Anyway, file transferred and quarterly BAS complete.
