EXPORTING REPORTS AND PAYMENT SUMMARIES

I am trying to export financials from 2011-2016 (PL, GL, TB and payment summaries) as I have had a catastrophic meltdown of the PC that has previously stored those reports.

ATO needs the payment summaries ASAP.
Normally I would have just emailed them out to myself and saved them on my PC, but with the current hosted email situation I am unable to do this.

I'm self taught on computers, can someone please guide me through a process that will allow me to extract this mountain of data? I have only got access to the file for 24 hours (I moved programs 3 years ago)

    Thanks Leslie, the hosted emails came back on this afternoon so I was able to email all the reports to myself after all. Thank you :)
