Disappearing BAS Report

As a recent user of 2018 Hosted Reckon, I am creating my first "Simplified BAS/IAS" Report.  I configure for the quarter required, it comes up with the "Building your report, please wait" message.  About half way along the creation timeline, it suddenly disappears and I am back at the Homepage, no sign of the BAS. Wondering what I'm doing wrong.

    Don't worry it does that, just re create it again and it will have all the figures in it

    Hi Cheryl,
    If its like mine it is still there in the background press Alt Page up/down and you should see it.
