report filtering for specific tax code

I want to find transactions that use a specific tax code and when I add a filter, it shows ALL transactions rather than the ones with the selected tax code. What am I doing wrong?

That should be sufficient to produce the correct data, however I note that it looks like you're modifying an already configured report - again, shouldn't normally be an issue - but have you tried creating the report from scratch instead?

Edit dropdown menu > Find then Filters as per above.

It looks like you are using an audit report have you tried the tax detail report.

Reports>Tax>tax detail when you filter go down the list to tax codes - when you click on tax codes another drop down list appears in the middle, from here you can choose one tax code or multi. Multi will open a new window so you can click the tax codes you want in the report.
