Customer Name Issues

Quick Question - I have a client with a very long company name, which doesn't fit on the invoice. They won't pay the invoice without the full name there. I cannot edit the customer profile to include the full name and changing the template hasn't helped. Is there anything else I can do? I'm using RA Hosted 2018. Thanks
