HTTP ERROR 500

Hi,

I have tried to login in my office PC after a month that I haven't used it and show me this message: 

hosted-connectv82.reckon.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500
 
Few weeks go I have changed the password and my personal PC works well. I have tried to clean the browser(Chrome) and tried to login in another browsers but No luck.
I can access to control panel and there is no sessions opened.

What more I can do?

    Hi Dani,

    I also started having this issue in the last few weeks and each time the issue occurs is when I have changed my password.


    My Theory is that once you change your password, you need to completely logout and re-sign in with new password (even though the system tells you the password has been successfully changed). I hadn't previously done that and the "HTTP Error" would occur. After I fully logged out once password changed the issue was resolved on my end. Any time I have called Reckon with this Error, their solution was to change the password. Hope this helps...

    Thanks Shannon, I think I will try to change my password again as even with the fully logged out doesn't work!

    This issue was fixed by changed the password and login again to Reckon.
