profit & loss standard report not showing all income accounts...

Hi there, our Profit & Loss standard report is not showing all income accounts. It shows the first 3 sub accounts and then has a fourth line 'other' which includes all other accounts. Does anyone know how to fix this to display all accounts used in the date range? Thank you.

'Other' generally means you've put a transaction to the Header account. If there are no transaction entered into a sub account for the period then the report won't show a zero account balance.
You can make the report show all accounts but then you get to see every single one with or without a balance including I think inactive accounts0 -

Go to 'Modify Report' click on 'Advanced' and the left hand column allows you to choose either Active rows; All rows or Non Zero rows. You won't like it :-)0
