Problems integrating from Aroflo to Reckon Hosted

Hi,

We have been having problems since Friday with integrating from Aroflo to Reckon Hosted.
Aroflo have said it is a Reckon problem.
Contacted Reckon but have not resolved the problem yet. Received one email back asking question of when the error is occuring.
Originally had error that read "500 internal server error"
Now getting error "401 Unauthorized - Unauthorized"

Anyone getting the same errors.

    Thank you for your post.

    Can you please disconnect and reconnect Reckon Accounts Hosted in AroFlo?

    We've resolved the issue with error 500 but the token it's using to authenticate your access to the file must have expired.

    Please let us know how you go. If you need help reconnecting Hosted in AroFlo, you'll have to contact them but I am assuming that it should be done somewhere at their integration settings.
