Zero amount to display on invoices

No problem at all - any item can be displayed with zero charge - or you can just write free text on any line and this will display too

Thanks for your prompt response Linda - I have tried and the zero line item will not display once i 'print' the invoice. None of the writing/$0.00 amount displays on the invoice, it just becomes non existent. What have i done wrong? do i need to tick a box that says 'display zero amounts on invoice'? If so, how do i do that?

Hi Amanda - that is quite strange? if you choose a different template does the same thing happen?  There is a preference setting for Sales Orders to not print zero line items - but not for invoices?
