Is there any way we can track student payment plan?

We are currently using Reckon accounts hosted and running a Registered Training Organization (RTO).

We do invoicing to students for the total fees of course and we apply payments made by the student against the invoice.

We have a number of students those who are paying their course fees weekly, fortnightly of monthly basis according to their payment plan.

We would like to know what is the best way to track student payment plan on Reckon. Are there any way we can see which students are due to pay.

I presume you are talking about a reminder showing which student is due when.

on the customer infomation 'edit notes' inside here is 'to do' click on new to do and enter remind me date & note for the reminder. This will need to be reset each time they pay to the next fortnight, week, or month, it doesn't have recurring.

set your reminders to open when you open your file or you can view from company tab anytime, you can configure what is shown on reminder screen as well through preferences.

If you want a recurring alert use a synced calendar like outlook, google and enter students on calendar with date due & frequency.

We have the ability to send the invoices in CreataCRM to Reckon Hosted , We link to Stripe or the payment gateways of your choice. Their are other cooler gateways that do both CC and Debit debit. but the fees are tiny more. 0.06 (1.9 vs 2.5) but that save you more time and may completely automatic your business.

1, Create the payment plan on a web page, linking to your payment gateway, IE Stripe , the either you the user would send the payment plan that would be client facing.

2 We send the frequency to the payment gate way. For them to debit the CC and / or direct debit

Once that payment gateway tells us that the payment is successful, we can send the invoice to the client, make as paid. Here who we send invoices. Then send that email to the client as a tax Receipt invoice.

We do sync all Payments and transaction in our system from Hosted to us, so you can see in CreataCRM how things are going.. or login to Reckon Hosted.

then you can spend time with Friends and family, or just make more money with the new time you have found.
